You’ll be their strategic point of contact, overseeing service delivery, resolving escalations, and helping drive continuous improvement across departments.

Requirements:

1. Serve as the Operational Relationship Owner

• Be the primary point of contact for a book of Integrated Clients (high-volume PI law firms)
• Facilitate monthly/quarterly meetings and provide insight on trends, concerns, and opportunities
• Proactively manage escalations, feedback loops, and cross-functional coordination
