What You’ll Do: As Client Success Manager, you will lead a team responsible for delivering outstanding client outcomes across Ternium’s denial management engagements. You will serve as a trusted strategic advisor to Revenue Cycle and Finance executives, ensuring strong performance, long-term retention, and measurable ROI. This is a senior, client-facing leadership role requiring deep revenue cycle expertise, executive presence, and strong operational command. Key Responsibilities: Own and manage executive-level relationships with VPs of Revenue Cycle, CFOs, and Denials Leadership Serve as senior escalation point for client performance, operational, or contractual matters Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) focused on: Recovered dollars Overturn rates Inventory throughput Payer trends and ROI Drive and monitor KPIs including: Recovered revenue Aging Inventory velocity Payer performance Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Denials Insights, and Leadership to ensure: Accurate reporting Consistent performance Strong client outcomes Lead, coach, and develop a team of client-facing leaders What You Bring to the Table: 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle, denials management, or revenue recovery 3+ years in people leadership, preferably leading client-facing teams Deep understanding of high-dollar denials (DRG validation, medical necessity, clinical denials, coding, authorization, payer policy) Proven ability to communicate financial performance and defend results with healthcare executives Strong analytical and data interpretation skills with experience presenting complex insights clearly Experience managing high-value, performance-based or contingency contracts Excellent executive presence, problem-solving ability, and stakeholder management skills Why Join Us?
