ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE FOR A CLIENT SUCCESS MANAGER

  • Proven experience in a digital marketing agency environment is essential.
  • Strong client-facing skills as a confident communicator, with the ability to build trust quickly
  • A commercially-minded professional who can spot growth opportunities and add strategic value
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with experience in managing multiple client accounts and projects simultaneously and the admin associated with such projects
  • Proficiency in using client relationship management (CRM) tools and project management software
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels (PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Email) is a plus
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES FOR CLIENT RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT

  • Managing a portfolio of marketing clients across a range of sectors
  • Acting as the primary point of contact, building long-lasting client relationships
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget
  • Identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities, supporting client growth and retention strategies
  • Monitoring campaign performance and reporting on key metrics
  • Facilitating regular strategy and performance calls, offering guidance and insight
