WE’RE SEEKING AN EXPERIENCED GROWTH MANAGER WHO ACTS AS A STRATEGIC BUSINESS CONSULTANT TO 50+ LOCAL HOME SERVICE COMPANIES.

This role requires marketing expertise, business acumen, and the ability to guide business owners through growth strategies - not handle support tickets, answer basic questions, or sell new services.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:

  • 2+ years in a consultative, client-facing role with small- to medium-sized businesses
  • Proven track record of building strong client relationships and driving retention
  • Experience explaining technical concepts to non-technical business owners
  • Comfortable with multiple daily phone calls and relationship management
  • Experience working with smaller budget clients (not enterprise-level expectations)

Responsibilities

IMPORTANT: THIS IS A TECH-FORWARD REMOTE ROLE

This position requires daily use of multiple cloud-based business platforms and advanced comfort with remote work technology. If you’re more comfortable with traditional office environments or prefer minimal technology use, this role may not be the right fit.
You’ll spend your day switching between 6-8 different software platforms while conducting client calls. Previous experience with Google Workspace, CRM systems, and remote collaboration tools is essential.
