Tango Advisor Marketing is a marketing agency that helps Financial Advisors retain clients. We take care of all of their marketing for them. From creating their website and social media content to targeted prospecting campaigns, we are their “done-for-you” solution. We specialize in working with smaller firms, even down do the “solo advisor” just launching their business. Our founder, Zeke Silvani is an ex-Google entrepreneur who has previously grown another agency to the largest in the country and is now doing the same with Tango here in Bethesda. We are early in our journey, and as such are looking for teammates who are comfortable “building as we grow.”

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2–4+ years in a digital marketing agency or similar environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals (SEO, websites, cold email campaigns, target list building).
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable experimenting with AI and automation tools to improve workflows.
• Knowledge of the financial services industry is a plus

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an agency professional who thrives at the intersection of client service and operations. In this role, you’ll manage traditional client deliverables (websites, blogs, ad campaigns, etc…) but also streamline internal processes using automation and AI. You’ll be a key player in ensuring our clients receive outstanding service while helping us scale efficiently.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be the primary point of contact for your assigned clients, handling questions and giving scheduled performance updates over zoom calls.
• Own client deliverables, including content creation and ad campaigns.
• Manage the website design process with our web development team. You will be the “translator” between the client and the engineers to bring their website to life and will ultimately be responsible for high quality delivery.
• Identify and implement process improvements and workflow automations to increase efficiency.
• Collaborate closely with leadership to refine how we deliver client success at scale.
