We are seeking a Client Success & Operations Strategist (in other companies this person could hold the title of Client Coordinator, Office Administrator, or Executive Assistant), who thrives in a dynamic environment supporting operations, administration, and client engagement.
You will support key operational areas of the business while also working closely with company leadership and clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable interacting with clients, managing internal logistics, coordinating communications, and proactively ensuring the business runs smoothly day-to-day.
This is a high-impact role with many advancement opportunities including a clear path to becoming a vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer) — one of our company’s most strategic client-facing leadership positions.
