We’re looking for a Client Success Project Manager to join our client’s fast-growing digital marketing agency, a team built by industry veterans who understand what it takes to scale multi-location brands. They live and breathe both franchising and digital marketing, helping business owners grow through powerful, localized campaigns that actually work. Your mission? Be the central connector who keeps things running behind the scenes. You’ll partner with Client Success Managers and other department PMs, Creative, Media, Finance, and Technology, to ensure every campaign launches accurately, on time, and with flawless coordination. Their founders, having owned multiple franchise locations themselves, saw that traditional agencies didn’t truly understand the multi-unit, local-marketing model, so they created a business that does. They specialise in serving multi-location brands and franchise networks through “Facebook/Instagram-first” (and broader omni-channel) marketing, plus strong operational systems, analytics, and support.
