What You’ll Do As a full-time Client Success Representative (CSR), you are the key link between our customers and BTI teams. You’ll be the bridge between our clients and internal teams, guiding projects from concept to production with precision and care, while providing exceptional customer service. Your ability to listen, problem-solve, and anticipate customer needs will set you up for success. Qualifications 3 years’ experience Account Management or Customer Service Representative Effective verbal and written communication, phone, and customer service skills Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ERP, and CRM (HubSpot preferred) Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and work under deadlines in an open, shared workspace Must be detail-oriented and possess superior problem-solving skills Citizenship must permit compliance with requirements of ITAR High School diploma or equivalent required Ability to successfully complete background and drug screening requirements
