As a Client Success Specialist, you will have an assigned account base and will act as a liaison between your clients and J. J. Keller’s services to ensure the client’s needs are met in an efficient and effective manner. Given the fast growth in the Managed Services department, we’ve had a successful track record of seeing associates join this team and continue to grow in their careers with the company. PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required, depending on assignment.
