POSITION SUMMARY

J. J. Keller is hiring a Client Success Specialist! Are you passionate about helping clients in a non-call center type environment? Are you seeking variety in your day-to-day work? As a Client Success Specialist, you will have an assigned account base and will act as a liaison between your clients and J. J. Keller’s services to ensure the client’s needs are met in an efficient and effective manner. Given the fast growth in the Managed Services department, we’ve had a successful track record of seeing associates join this team and continue to grow in their careers with the company. In this role you will be responsible for:

  • Building relationships with your client base and frequently communicating with them via phone and email.
  • Running and formatting reports to share with your clients.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure your client base’s information and documentation is accurate.

This position will have the flexibility to work two days at home after completing the 30 - 60 day training period.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment. Work involves operation of personal computer equipment for extended periods of time. Occasional travel to customer sites and/or industry and training events may also be required, depending on assignment.

Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establishes and maintains relationships with clients and manages client relationship. Serves as the primary interface in an advisory role between J. J. Keller and the client, to include such tasks as:
  • Identifies program improvement opportunities to meet and improve safety program objectives. Advises clients on capabilities and options.
  • Monitors client responsibilities to ensure compliance with service requirements; analyzing compliance trends and if applicable, developing formal improvement programs.
  • Ensures company and client-specific processes and procedures are completed accurately and in a timely manner. Assists with internal documentation of processes and procedures.
  • Updates and analyzes client-specific reports, including CSA and program compliance details where applicable.
  • Maintains expertise pertaining to applicable local, state and federal regulations in order to provide education and clarification to clients.
  • Services all clients, internal and external, in a professional manner. Resolves service problems to the mutual satisfaction of both the company and the client.
  • Assists with the implementation of new clients, including initial audits.
  • Maintains confidentiality of client information under the FCRA, HIPAA, and other regulatory entities. Adheres to the department’s data security policies pertaining to Personal Identification Information.
