We are hiring a Client Success Specialist to support client satisfaction, retention, and account growth across a portfolio of B2B clients. You will work closely with senior team members to support onboarding, adoption, reporting, and day-to-day client coordination. This role plays a key part in building long-term client relationships and supporting revenue growth for NOK Human Capital. Key Responsibilities Support the management of a portfolio of B2B clients as a day-to-day point of contact. Assist with client onboarding and adoption activities and help track milestones and value delivery. Support the preparation of business reviews, reports, KPIs, and client presentations. Monitor client health indicators, SLAs, and open issues, and escalate risks when needed. Assist in identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and coordinate with sales and senior team members. Help map client stakeholders and maintain organized account documentation and plans. Support churn and retention analysis by gathering data and client feedback. Maintain accurate CRM records, follow-ups, renewal timelines, and action items. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field. 0–2 years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, Customer Support, or a similar role (internships are welcome). Basic familiarity with CRM or ticketing systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Zendesk, or Odoo is a plus. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. Good analytical and problem-solving abilities. Very good written and spoken English; French is a plus. Tech-savvy, proactive, eager to learn, and client-focused mindset.
