As a Client Success Specialist, You Will Possess the Following Skills:

  • Experience delivering training sessions, workshops, and/or webinars
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing priorities
  • Experience working towards set KPIs and targets
  • The ability to work autonomously
  • A passion for getting to know your clients
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a dedication to always putting the client first

Desirable Skills:

  • Talent acquisition or recruitment experience
  • Experience using recruitment or HR software

Responsibilities:

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound client emails and phone calls
  • Troubleshooting and addressing questions regarding our software
  • Implementing and training new client accounts
  • Joining Account Executives in meetings with prospective clients to demonstrate our software product
  • Proactively collaborating with internal teams, providing resources and systems knowledge to support our clients
  • Providing best practice, strategic and commercial Talent Acquisition advice to clients from various industries
  • Contributing to continuous improvement strategies for client engagement, both internally and externally
  • Building positive relationships with clients and identifying opportunities to further service them through our other internal teams
  • Championing clients’ needs and ideas to promote the development of our product roadma
