Scout Talent is looking for a full-time Client Success Specialist based in Milton, QLD.
Reporting to our Team Leader in Client Success, this is a strategic, relationship-focused role where you’ll own a portfolio of clients and be responsible for guiding them to success with our recruitment software.
This isn’t just triage or reactive support. It’s about building lasting relationships, becoming a trusted advisor, and proactively adding value at every stage of their journey.

More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Responding to client enquiries via email and phone
  • Troubleshooting and resolving product-related questions
  • Training and onboarding new clients onto our platform
  • Supporting demos alongside Account Executives to showcase our product
  • Advising clients on recruitment strategy and best practice
  • Championing user needs to our internal teams and product roadmap
  • Managing and nurturing your own set of dedicated clients
  • Collaborating across teams to continuously improve client satisfaction
