The Specialist manages client campaigns, ensure smooth onboarding, and optimize performance. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to proactively support clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle list counts, suppression uploads, tracking numbers, and match-back analysis. Support new customer onboarding and campaign execution. Ensure tracking numbers, QR codes, and landing pages function properly. Follow up on client approvals, campaign delivery, and ROI tool activation. Analyze call quality and performance metrics for ongoing improvement. Requirements 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in UpSwell tools and campaign management. Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
