SUMMARY OF POSITION

The Client Success Supervisor is responsible for driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction through strategic account management and team leadership. You will directly manage a group of Client Success Coordinators, guiding them in developing and executing strategies that generate leads, increase revenue, and optimize marketing ROI for our clients. This role involves direct client interaction, coaching and development of direct reports, oversight of strategic partnerships (under $10k in recurring revenue), and a focus on improving departmental processes to maximize client satisfaction and performance.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-year college degree (high GPAs, business degrees and top-tier schools preferred)
  • 4+ years similar work experience
  • 4+ years in Account Management, Sales, or a related position
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
  • Ability to listen well, understand client needs and priorities, and translate them clearly internally
  • Cares about the personal growth & success of others Knowledge of how businesses operate and the day-to-day issues small business owners face
  • Aptitude for managing numerous situations simultaneously and prioritizing effectively
  • Willing and able to have difficult conversations when needed
  • Strong work ethic and a “do whatever it takes to get the job done” attitude

    The total compensation for this salaried exempt opportunity includes a base salary range of $80,000 to $85,000, the potential for bonuses, plus benefits. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location. As you go through our interview process, your recruiter will work with you to identify a competitive base salary within the proposed range.

Responsibilities

CLIENT-FACING RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Cultivate strong, strategic partnerships with key clients by acting as a dedicated point of contact and trusted advisor
  • Develop and implement data-driven marketing strategies aligned with clients’ business goals and market landscapes
  • Provide proactive, performance-based insights and recommendations to maximize client marketing effectiveness
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients through regular meetings (at least monthly) and weekly updates via phone and email
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention through proactive relationship management and value delivery
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to expand service offerings and revenue within existing client accounts
  • Actively seek client referrals to support new business growth
  • Continuously monitor and analyze digital marketing trends, market shifts, and client industry developments to inform strategic recommendations

INTERNAL RYNO RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide consistent coaching and feedback to team members on a weekly basis, focusing on effective client management strategies, communication skills, and professional development goals
  • Actively support the Client Success team through various initiatives, including:


    • Developing and delivering continuing education programs

    • Contributing to the development and reporting capabilities of the RYNOtrax 2.0 platform
    • Managing the onboarding process for new clients
    • Overseeing client projects, mergers, and acquisitions
    • Managing ServiceTitan CRM integrations
    • Providing ongoing support to team members
    • Regularly meet with new hires to track progress and assess timely and thorough learning of required material
    • Execute on quarterly rocks that align with company initiatives and targets to improve Client Success function, client experience, etc.
    • Serve as the primary point of escalation for all client accounts generating less than $10k in recurring RYNO fees, resolving issues promptly and effectively
    • Collaborate with other Client Success Supervisors and Directors to ensure efficient processes, effective communication between teams, and timely resolution of cross-departmental issues
