We’re seeking a Client Support Administrator to join our R&D Tax Team in London, which is responsible for helping a diverse range of clients access government incentives that encourage investment in R&D and drive technological progress. You'll be client facing, working alongside our specialist consultants to ensure smooth delivery of complex engagements, including requesting data from client teams, scheduling meetings and site visits, supporting with data management, managing client take on and due diligence procedures, overseeing workflow management across the portfolio and supporting with billing processes. Qualifications As Client Support Administrator, your responsibilities will include among others Management of engagements in capacity planning tools, scheduling of resources and reporting on capacity and resourcing. Updating engagement progress and billing trackers, running weekly stand ups to track progress and ensure engagements delivered on time. Tracking statutory deadlines and sending reminders. Preparing and sending kick off packs to client stakeholders, scheduling site visits and technical interviews with clients in line with engagement milestones and capacity data. Preparing information requests and monitoring technical and financial information gathering from clients. Supporting onboarding, remediation and engagement letter processes. Raising invoices and chasing debtors, managing R&D billing milestones and ensuring lockup and cash collection is prioritised. The role will involve a significant amount of direct client interaction, including dealing with clients by telephone, e-mail, face to face and in writing.
