JOB SUMMARY:

As a Client Support / Digital Marketing Specialist you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional service and support to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include handling customer inquiries through email and phone, monitoring client support on various messaging platforms, attending incoming calls, managing social media sites and collaborating with other departments as needed. Your goal will be to deliver outstanding service, foster long-lasting client relationships and contribute to the achievement of personal and team targets.

KEY REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum 3+ years of proven experience as a customer service and digital marketing specialist or in a similar role.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English.
  • Ownership mentality, taking initiative, following up consistently, and proposing process improvements when appropriate.
  • Outstanding interpersonal abilities, displaying empathy, excellent communication, and confident conflict resolution.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, including the ability to grasp circumstances, make educated decisions, and provide appropriate answers.
  • Quick learner capable of adapting to new technology and techniques to improve customer service.
  • Resilient under pressure, capable of managing and resolving challenging situations while interacting with clients.
  • A collaborative team player, with a positive attitude, flexible and approachable, actively contributing to team goals.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms and executing successful social media campaigns.
  • In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok and Snapchat and with social media management tools and analytics platforms.
  • Understanding of social media trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
  • Proficiency in multimedia content creation, including image editing, video editing, and graphic design.
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator or in Figma is an advantage
  • ​​Basic knowledge of SEO/ SEM principles and keyword optimization is an advantage.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze social media metrics and derive insights.
  • Proactive in exploring new social media trends, features, and tools to stay ahead of the curve.
