JOB SUMMARY

Aculabs is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Client Support Associate in East Brunswick, New Jersey. In this role, you will serve as a primary point of contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service by addressing concerns promptly and effectively. You will also perform general clerical duties to support daily operations.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Gmail) and Microsoft Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Experience as a telephone operator and/or customer service representative (Preferred)
Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist visitors as required
  • Answers phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Investigates and resolves client questions concerns
  • Document client interactions within our CRM system
