Position Overview: 
The Client Support Associate at our CPA firm is responsible for assisting clients with their inquiries, addressing basic service requests, and providing general support to ensure a positive client experience. This role involves interacting with clients and internal teams to ensure that client needs are met efficiently and professionally.

Daily Contributions:

  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and professional assistance via phone, email, or in person.
  • Prepare client documents for paper or electronic delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance with firm procedures.
  • Follow up on client signatures for required documents and assist clients with submitting information or signing documents as needed.
  • Assist clients with basic questions regarding the firm’s services and processes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client requests are addressed promptly.
  • Update and maintain client records and documentation accurately.
  • Assist in scheduling client meetings and managing appointments.
  • Help prepare client reports, documents, and communications as needed.
  • Escalate more complex issues or requests to senior team members or management.
  • Assist with onboarding new clients, providing them with necessary information and guidance.
  • Support the client services team in improving operational efficiency and client satisfaction.

Education & Experience:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in client support, administrative assistance, or a similar role.
  • Experience in a CPA or professional services environment is a plus but not required.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to sit for extended periods while working on a computer.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 pounds
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
