Description The Archdiocese of KCK is seeking to hire a part-time Client Support Coordinator for the Office for Prevention and Care. The Coordinator will work 25 hours per week and provides client support and administrative assistance. The position will collaborate with clients, leadership, team members, and vendors to accompany survivors and coordinate outreach and restorative events and will serve as primary point of contact for mental health professionals creating positive relationships while also ensuring their adherence to OPC protocols. Duties and Responsibilities: · Provide administrative support: coordinate mailings, office supplies inventory and ordering and other clerical tasks. · Process reimbursements, credit card statements, mileage vouchers, and manage accounts payable/receivable, including parish billing and payment tracking. · Work with team members to obtain introductions to clients to support restorative work/event planning as needed; accompany clients directly (in coordination with VCA) to understand their needs. · Prepare, share, and update event budgets, as necessary. · Serve as liaison between clients and internal stakeholders (Archbishop, vicars, liturgists, accounting, general counsel, parish contacts, and other ministries) to obtain approvals and ensure appropriate involvement based on event or task needs. · Coordinate efforts for designated outreach/marketing functions and events; update client case and project files to document communications and event planning progress. · In collaboration with OPC team members, coordinate and execute targeted outreach card mailings for victim/survivor touchpoints (e.g., birthdays, Christmas) and accurately maintain tracking spreadsheet. · Assist with written and verbal communications as needed, including taking notes, producing minutes, and drafting communications. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Highly organized and detail oriented. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively. • Creative and research skills. • Knowledge of and/or willingness to learn and utilize Trauma and Restorative Justice Training. • Ability to work with a high degree of professionalism and maintain confidentiality. • Ability to multitask. Qualifications: · High School diploma or equivalent required; Undergraduate degree preferred. · Minimum 3 years of administrative experience, client services or similar type work preferred. · Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required. Proficiency in Google products a plus. · Familiarity with platforms such as Flocknote, DocuWare, Canva, and WordPress is preferred. · Bilingual in Spanish/English is preferred. · Practicing Catholic in good standing is preferred.
