Position Overview We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Client Support Coordinator to support a U.S. personal injury law firm from the Philippines. In this role, you'll be instrumental in enhancing client relationships, ensuring timely communication, and supporting the legal team in managing case progress and client satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing updates, answering questions, and ensuring clear and empathetic communication throughout the case lifecycle. Case Support: Assist attorneys and case managers with case-related tasks, including gathering information, following up on client documentation, and coordinating next steps. Issue Resolution: Identify potential client concerns or case delays and collaborate with the legal team to resolve issues promptly. Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure deadlines are met, documents are submitted on time, and clients are kept informed. Record Management: Maintain organized client records, track communications, and update case management systems as needed. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Legal Studies, Paralegal Studies, or a related field. Preferred experience in legal environments, particularly within U.S. law firms. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, legal databases, and strong organizational skills. Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple client interactions simultaneously.
