Job Title: Client Support Executive 📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia 🕒 Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring excellent service delivery, and acting as the primary point of contact for client inquiries and support. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced logistics and supply chain environment. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main contact for clients, addressing inquiries, requests, and service issues in a timely and professional manner. Coordinate with internal departments (operations, transport, warehouse, and finance) to ensure smooth execution of client requirements. Maintain accurate client records, contracts, and communication logs. Prepare and share regular updates, reports, and performance summaries with clients. Handle client complaints and provide effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. Support the sales and business development team in managing ongoing client accounts. Follow up on client payments, service renewals, and feedback. Maintain strong knowledge of company services, logistics operations, and customer support procedures. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and suggest ways to enhance client experience. Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience in client servicing, customer support, or account management (preferably within logistics, supply chain, or related industries). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is an advantage). Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
