PREFERRED SKILLS:
Experience working with Microsoft Excel
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A pro-active approach to customer care and service

A logical approach to managing individual workload, prioritising tasks and asking for support where needed
The ability to plan, implement and see through a project to completion

Building relationships with suppliers and customers
Provide a supporting role to the leadership team in administering the business
Dealing with ad-hoc customer requests and project work with regular feedback to management
Data processing and data cleansing
Preliminary data investigation and analysis
Data import, validation, and interrogation:
A practical approach to raising, chasing, and escalating queries
Identifying and logging savings and activities
Constructive feedback to line managers on database improvements or ideas on continuous business improvements
