What You Will Get To Do: As a Client Support Graduate, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality service to our clients, including Custodians, Fund Managers, and Advisers. Acting as a professional representative of the organisation, you will support client interactions through phone and written communication while building a strong foundation in financial services operations. This entry-level role provides hands-on exposure to trade processing, reporting, and client relationship management. You will develop essential skills in problem-solving, communication, and workflow management while contributing to the accurate and timely resolution of client requests. Your work will support strong service standards and help build trusted, long-term client relationships.
