Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day client relationships, ensuring exceptional service and accuracy.
  • Liaise with financial product providers, advisers, and internal teams to keep processes running smoothly.
  • Support the onboarding of new clients from first contact through to settled relationship.
  • Assist with personalised areas of responsibility such as probate administration or life insurance and protection policy administration.
  • Prepare documentation for client review meetings.
  • Maintain up-to-date client records after all interactions.
  • Chase providers for updates and keep clients informed of progress.
  • Monitor and update clients and managers on transfers and payments.
  • Attend client meetings with advisers, take notes, update fact finds, and issue follow-up reports.
  • Schedule and conduct regular agreed client contact.
  • Complete prep for meeting, valuations and after meeting summary.
  • Action fund switches, ISA allowance usage, and monitor client cash accounts.
  • Provide additional support across the office as needed to maintain high service standards.
