SUMMARY:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Client Support & Property Onboarding Coordinator. In this role, you will help guide clients through new property setup, answer questions about our property management systems, and ensure a smooth, positive experience. You’ll blend strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication to support both our clients and internal teams.

SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in customer service, client support, property management, or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to learn new systems and processes with support and training.
  • A problem-solving mindset and willingness to take initiative.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Experience in real estate or property management is a plus but not required.
Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Serve as the main point of contact for clients during property onboarding and transitions.
  • Provide friendly, clear assistance to clients and team members who have questions about system workflows.
  • Manage and follow up on support requests, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication.
  • Complete property setup tasks accurately, with close attention to details and deadlines.
  • Learn our property management tools through training and on-the-job experience.
  • Document common questions, solutions, and helpful tips to improve the client experience.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in accounting and operations to keep processes running smoothly.
  • Identify patterns in client inquiries and suggest ways to improve tools, resources, or workflows.

    Pay: $23.00 - $26.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
