This Client Support Specialist is Responsible for customer support through the phone channel and other channels as assigned. Responsible for providing support to Bank customers regarding: online payments including bill pay, remote deposit, wires, ACH, debit cards, online banking access, etc.. Provide excellent customer service to internal and external customers. Job Qualifications: * Must have a minimum of 2 years of similar experience. * Must have excellent phone customer service skills. * Must be able to communicate clearly on the phone and in writing. * Must be accurate, organized and able to handle multiple tasks at once. * Must follow through on assignments and duties to ensure their timely completion. * Must be able to ensure established policies and procedures are being followed. * Must have a basic knowledge of Word and other general Microsoft systems. * High School Diploma Required.
