We are seeking a talented individual to join our Government Healthcare Consulting (GHSC) team at Mercer. This role will be based in Phoenix, and it is a hybrid role with a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.
Mercer’s Government Human Services Consulting (GHSC) practice focuses on the unique and challenging needs of the public health care sector, providing a wide array of consulting services to local, state, and federal government agencies across the country.
As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in reviewing professional documents, ensuring they meet Mercer’s global standards, while handling monthly client invoicing. You’ll leverage your critical thinking and attention to detail to support high-quality project delivery and foster open communication and collaboration within a dynamic team. Working closely with senior leadership, you’ll contribute to impactful projects in a supportive and inclusive environment.
