As a Client Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in reviewing professional documents, ensuring they meet Mercer’s global standards, while handling monthly client invoicing. You’ll leverage your critical thinking and attention to detail to support high-quality project delivery and foster open communication and collaboration within a dynamic team.
