JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Client Services Specialist to join our team. This role is essential in fostering strong relationships with our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our services. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of customer service expertise, project management skills, and a solid understanding of financial services and SaaS products. As a Client Services Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for clients, helping them navigate our offerings and addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Proven experience in customer service or account management roles, preferably within the financial services or SaaS industries.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
  • Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software; experience with Salesforce is highly desirable.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated and independent when necessary.
  • Familiarity with sales processes and techniques is a plus.
