Here at Tarpon Springs Enterprise, we’re hiring Client Support Specialists to support our latest outreach campaign in the wireless telecommunications industry. In this full-time, field-based role, you’ll engage with customers face-to-face at local events, community sites, and pop-up locations to promote wireless and internet service programs.

CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Experience in customer service, sales, or account management is preferred but not required
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate clearly and professionally with customers
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage multiple customer accounts and follow-ups
  • Comfortable working in field-based settings, including community events and mobile enrollment locations
  • Must be able to work full-time hours and have reliable transportation to assigned outreach sites

Responsibilities

CLIENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Directly promote and explain telecommunications services and available connectivity programs to eligible customers in a face-to-face setting
  • Assist customers in person throughout the enrollment process to ensure clear understanding and a positive experience
  • Deliver accurate, up-to-date information about plans, promotions, and product benefits
  • Learn and apply sales techniques to meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals
  • Collaborate with the Client Support Specialist team to stay informed about new offers, guidelines, and eligibility updates
  • Walk customers through the enrollment process and provide hands-on support from start to finish
  • Track customer interactions and application activity to support reporting and team goals
  • Collaborate with the team to stay updated on campaign changes and optimize outreach strategies
  • Participate in training sessions and mentorship meetings to build sales and client-facing skills

This is an in-person, performance-based role involving community outreach and customer enrollment. It is not a remote or retail position.

  • Job Type: Full-Time, Field-Based
  • Compensation: This is a commission-based position. Representatives typically earn between $700–$1,200 per week, depending on individual performance and completed enrollments
  • Schedule: Monday–Saturday (Approx. 40 hours per week)
  • Work Setting: In-person role at assigned outreach locations (events, community sites, activation pop-ups)
  • Training: Full training provided; no prior telecommunications experience require
