DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a Client Support Administrator to join the team!
This is a pivotal role in the company, working in the Welcome Pack section of our Client Support Team, where you will provide exceptional service to our clients at the start of their conveyancing journey and provide assistance to our team of conveyancers.
This is an ideal role for someone looking to commence their career in the conveyancing industry as you will assist with all work in the department including allocating and processing paper and online welcome packs, processing client ID, processing Source of Funds and Proof of Wealth documents, ordering office copies, issuing contracts, and raising and reporting on sale enquiries, and other ad hoc tasks as required, including providing support to our Post Completion department.
THE INDIVIDUAL
This role will include assisting our clients over the telephone with any queries or technical issues they may encounter with the completion of their welcome pack, so we are looking for individuals who are confident and comfortable communicating with clients over the telephone.
