Responsibilities

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES AS A CLIENT SUPPORT TRAINEE:

  • Assist in executing client sales initiatives in a targeted territory, ensuring excellent customer experience and driving sales for their telecommunications and wireless products.
  • Manage customer interactions with professionalism and empathy, using strong communication to understand needs and deliver value.
  • Qualify potential customers to determine their eligibility and for telecommunications services and wireless products.
  • Enroll customers using CRM software and adhere to customer confidentiality and privacy procedures as outlined by the company and client.
  • Identify potential customer concerns, provide timely solutions, and share insights with internal Account Management and Sales teams to inform improvements.
  • Represent client brands at a local level through outreach and engagement strategies that drive visibility and customer acquisition.
