As of today, the team oversees a significant portion of the firms relationships with a combined asset base of greater than £2bn, across both traditional wealth management and OCIO engagements. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to engage across the entire team working with experienced advisers. 𝗞𝗲𝘆 𝗥𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗲𝘀 𝗖𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗥𝗲𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 • Being the day-to-day main point of contact for multiple client relationships with ability to own full client lifecycle • Assist in preparing materials for client meetings, including investment commentary, portfolio updates, and market outlooks • Respond to ad hoc client queries and support ongoing relationship management efforts • Help ensure investment portfolios align with client objectives, policies, and constraints • Delivering brilliant basics across all elements of the client experience 𝗕𝘂𝘀𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗱𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻 • Working closely with all of the client advisers in the team on origination and conversion of new prospects • Responsibility for the sales management of the pipeline • Coordination of marketing aligned to both prospects and existing clients • Ownership of investment elements of the onboarding process and associated paperwork 𝗣𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼 𝗢𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 & 𝗔𝗻𝗮𝗹𝘆𝘀𝗶𝘀 • Support the design and implementation of both standard, and customized, investment portfolios • Assist in asset allocation modelling, portfolio construction, and rebalancing • Prepare and review investment performance reports and analytics • Collaboration with the investment team to monitor portfolio exposures, risk metrics, and liquidity 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗖𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 • Work closely with senior team members on strategic projects and ongoing client engagements • Close collaboration with client services team to ensure client servicing standards are maintained • Contribute to internal investment oversight discussions and decision-making processes • Participate in the development of investment insights, whitepapers, and market commentary 𝗦𝗸𝗶𝗹𝗹𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗔𝘁𝘁𝗿𝗶𝗯𝘂𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗪𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗶𝗻 𝗰𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝗼 𝗯𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴: • 5+ years of relevant experience in relationship management, investment management, consulting, or institutional asset allocation • Demonstrable experience of working directly with HNW/UHNW clients – looking for experience across the full client lifecycle, including onboarding, structuring, tax considerations, reporting and ongoing client service • Solid investment literacy, with the ability to engage across portfolios and structures • A strong cultural fit: collaborative, intellectually curious, client-first and long-term in outlook • Attention to detail and ability to produce high quality presentations including associated quantitative and qualitative analysis • Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities • Associate/junior VP level experience • Strong academic background • Experience with portfolio reporting systems (e.g. Addepar) is a plus • Qualified to RDR level 4 standards 𝗪𝗵𝘆 𝗝𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝗨𝘀 • Work in a dynamic, high-impact environment in one of the leading independent, privately owned firms operating in wealth management • Collaborate with a team of experienced professionals in a meritocratic and intellectually rigorous culture • Access to a broad range of investment opportunities and strategic projects • Mentorship and support from the firm to build own client base over time • Competitive compensation, professional development support, and a strong team ethos.
