Responsibilities
  • Review forms and reports in the firm’s client acceptance portal for accuracy and completeness and distribute to team members.
  • Prepare and review job arrangement letters in accordance with firm standards.
  • Assist with set up of client codes and job numbers with the utmost accuracy and minimal supervision.
  • Organize, track, and maintain certain client and administrative files and follow-up on missing items in a timely manner.
  • Prepare, coordinate, and send client documents.
  • Generate and distribute reports in billing and other systems as needed for client engagement team(s).


    • Manage end-to-end monthly billing processes, including maintaining client records, performing reconciliations, reviewing invoices, and analyzing large data files using Excel.

    • Provide administrative and logistical support for partners and team operations, including staffing coordination, meeting scheduling, tracking tax deadlines, and organizing local office trainings.
    • Support tax compliance functions by preparing various tax returns (sales/use, business license, personal property), organizing electronic workpapers, scanning and packaging documents, and assisting with extensions.
