Responsibilities
  • Respond, investigate, and resolve production application system issues following documented procedures and solutions
  • Analyze custom product configurations and settings to enhance product performance or functionality
  • Escalate and engage other support groups when necessary to meet service targets for resolution quality and timeliness
  • Accurately and concisely document production support issues for root cause analysis and operational/management reporting
  • Prioritize case load based upon client urgency and impact while maintaining client expectations, ensuring a superior client experience
