JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Technical Support Associate to join our dynamic team. In this entry level role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional technical support to our clients, troubleshooting software. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a solid understanding of various operating systems, networking, and customer service principles.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Proven experience in technical support or help desk roles with a focus on customer service.
  • Knowledge of Insurance practises would be an asset.
  • English is required, French would be beneficial.
  • Any security certifications or training would be an asset.
  • Familiarity with operating systems including Windows, Outlook, Teams, Log Me-In Rescue, or any other Remote troubleshooting software is also an asset.
  • Proficient and experienced in providing software troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical users.
  • Ability to problem solve independently.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Provide first-level technical support for our clients with troubleshooting software issues
  • Utilize ticketing systems to log incidents and track resolutions.
  • Assist users with desktop support tasks, including installation and configuration of software applications.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients to understand their technical needs and provide timely updates on issue resolution.
  • Collaborate with Software Development teams to escalate complex issues as necessary while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
