In this role, you will provide first line technical support to clients and associates on ADPs payroll system, manage systems accesses and manage internal assets. You carry the weight of ADP’s service reputation and client satisfaction in your hands.
The nature of your job is to understand system queries and provide basic technical support, building and maintaining sustainable client and associate relationships. Every day will be challenging because the requests you receive will vary. You will be required to provide solutions through investigation and identification which will keep things interesting, and our top-ranked training will help to set you up for success!

Qualifications:

• A diploma / degree in Information Technology or any related qualification / experience

Experience:

• Experience in a client facing-role
• Experience in an IT administrative rol

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

Responsibilities
What you can expect on a typical day:
o Manage internal and client access to payroll systems and folders.
o Manage client access to ADP systems.
o Maintain client environments in Citrix.
o Re-image and prepare laptops for new joiners & loan laptops
o Manage internal IT assets

TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE:

Qualifications:

• A diploma / degree in Information Technology or any related qualification / experience.
