We are looking for a Client Services Manager to join our Ticketek team based in Adelaide.

THE ROLE
The Client Services Manager will join our Ticketek team at South Australia’s Head office in Adelaide CBD. You will be assigned a specific account, featuring some of SA’s most prestigious venues, ticketing world-class sporting and entertainment events.
As a Client Services Manager , you will ensure our client receives a high standard of service delivery and continuity across the account. You will liaise directly with our clients as well as various internal departments such as marketing, web, technology and finance to ensure our clients maintain a high level of service delivery.
The versatility of this role will see you working in both a corporate office environment as well as a hands-on operational role for event day deliveries. The best of both worlds, where no two days are the same! This role requires flexibility and autonomy and promises to provide exposure to some of the best live entertainment Adelaide has to offer. A passion for Entertainment and sport is a must, this is not a role for the faint hearted!
