Role Overview Think Digitally is seeking a polished and professional Client & Vendor Engagement Manager with experience to support in the coaching and leadership development sector. You’ll be the primary point of contact for clients, coaches, consultants, and channel partners, ensuring seamless coordination and an exceptional experience across all touchpoints. Key Relationships Client Account Directors: Support client communications, scheduling, and follow-ups. Coaches: Coordinate onboarding, availability, and engagement. Channel Partners: Manage communications and logistics for external partners as part of the growth strategy. Course & Content Partners: Liaise on content delivery and administrative aspects of training programs. Responsibilities Present the client with professionalism and warmth in all external interactions. Support client onboarding, meeting coordination, and day-to-day communication. Maintain accurate records, contact details, and reporting documentation. Ensure smooth communication and alignment between Account Directors, Coaches, and Partners. Anticipate client and partner needs to ensure a frictionless experience. Support the integrity of operational and financial coordination processes related to clients and partners. About You Exceptionally polished, articulate, and confident when engaging with executives. Experience working with corporate clients, ideally within coaching, leadership development, or HR-related sectors. Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills. Comfortable working across digital tools and hybrid environments. Based in Australia. Available 2–3 days per week (flexible), with potential to expand as the client scales. This role offers flexibility and could suit approximately 20 hours per week over 4–5 days.
