THE ROLE

A well-established and fast-growing REIT is seeking a confident and technically capable Asset Manager to join its London-based team. With a high-quality, fully leased portfolio of over 500 assets across the UK and Ireland, the business is backed by secure income streams and enjoys strong tenant demand in the current market.
This is a rare opportunity to join a close-knit asset management team with a highly institutional and well-governed approach, supported by a clear growth trajectory and regular interaction with senior leadership.

THE ROLE

You will take responsibility for a defined portfolio and lead on lease regears, renewal negotiations, and value-add initiatives including refurbishments, extensions, and redevelopment projects. The position involves overseeing projects from inception to delivery, working with external consultants such as planners, architects, and project managers, and coordinating with internal stakeholders. You’ll also be expected to produce and present board-quality reporting, manage development appraisals and cashflows, and play a proactive role in identifying new asset management opportunities.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Stability meets growth – With over £2.5bn in assets under management and strong occupancy across the portfolio, the platform offers both scale and opportunity.
  • Strategic tailwinds – Market conditions are favourable for their particular strategy and asset enhancement projects, with a strong development pipeline in place.
  • High visibility and progression – This role reports directly to senior leadership and forms part of a lean, high-performing team, offering meaningful responsibility from day one.
  • Delivery focused – Projects are actively resourced and externally supported to ensure timely execution and delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive asset-level initiatives including lease negotiations, regears, and renewals
  • Lead refurbishment and redevelopment projects from feasibility through delivery
  • Produce development appraisals, cashflows, and investment papers
  • Manage consultants and coordinate external project teams
  • Ensure high-quality reporting and documentation in line with REIT requirements
  • Track and manage projects using internal systems and governance processes
  • Undertake regular site visits – efficient regional travel model in place (no overnight stays)
