LOCATION: Mt Elizabeth Novena Specialist Centre
Clinic Assistant cum Admin assistant
1. Preparation of lab reports, surgery reports and doctor’s letters.
2. Email correspondence.
3. Organization of patient’s records and files.
4. Calendar maintenance of doctors meetings and appointments.
5. Coordinate and facilitate meetings including taking meeting minutes.
6. Inventory maintenance – office supplies & clinic equipment.
7. Facilitate maintenance arrangements for clinic equipment.
8. Address patients’ email enquiries.
9. Other adhoc duties.
