About the Role - Medical Reception / Administration

We are looking for experienced medical administration professionals to join our Patient Services Team, which includes both Reception and Contact Centre roles. We have both part time and full time roles open to the successful candidate. The part time role is three days a week with some flexibility with the roster.

Medical Reception

Our Reception team is the first point of contact for patients arriving for their appointments. In this position, our team handles various administrative tasks to ensure the accurate maintenance of patient records.

Contact Centre

At Eve Health, we take a unique approach to our administration team by having a dedicated onsite call centre. This allows our reception staff to concentrate fully on providing exceptional customer service to our patients.

We are looking for a skilled customer service and administration professional to work across these teams, delivering outstanding patient services.

Essential to the role will be: 

  • Strong administration skills with attention to detail.
  • Highly organised with ability to prioritise tasks 
  • Passionate about patient care and the patient experience
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new software, processes and procedures 
  • Experience working autonomously with the ability to self-solve problems 
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal 
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to multitask
  • Ability to maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times 
  • Medical administration / customer service background desirable
