  • Proficiency in using office software and medical management systems
  • Current CPR Certificate

Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Clinic Administration Officer to join our team at the Brisbane Airport Clinic, (The Turrbal and Yuggera People) on a Full-time basis. Reporting directly to the Practice Manager, this dynamic role will involve a variety of tasks and responsibilities aimed at supporting the efficient operation of the clinic. You will manage customer interactions, assist with patient scheduling, handle medical records, and contribute to the overall clinic experience.

DUTIES

The responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Greet patients, provide them with relevant information, and assist them in completing necessary documentation
  • Manage patient bookings, appointments, and inquiries, both in person and over the phone
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and ensure compliance with privacy and confidentiality regulations
  • Assist in managing patient flow and ensure timely processing of patients
  • Provide administrative support, including data entry, filing, and managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
  • Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure a smooth and efficient clinic operation
  • Provide exceptional customer service, handling patient inquiries with professionalism and care
