Description
Key ResponsibilitiesLead the operational delivery of a large-scale healthcare assessment contract, ensuring performance targets and service standards are consistently achieved.
Work closely with senior leadership teams to deliver contractual KPIs and operational objectives.
Drive service improvements by reviewing operational processes, identifying efficiencies and implementing best practice.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders, acting as a trusted operational partner.
Prepare and present operational performance updates, action plans and service improvement initiatives to senior stakeholders.
Collaborate with clinical leadership teams to ensure operational and clinical priorities remain aligned.
Support quality, governance, compliance and health & safety requirements across multiple sites.
Lead, coach and develop a team of operational managers and support staff.
Oversee performance management, succession planning and employee development initiatives.
Lead organisational change programmes, ensuring successful implementation and adoption across the business.
Identify, manage and mitigate operational risks, escalating issues where appropriate.
