Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Clinic admin to oversee the daily operations of our medical clinic. The Clinic Administrator will be responsible for ensuring efficient workflow, and maintaining a high standard of patient care. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare administration and a passion for delivering exceptional patient experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with healthcare providers to ensure timely delivery of patient care
- Oversee scheduling of appointments, phone calls and manage patient flow
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards
- Maintain inventory of medical supplies and equipment
- Handle patient inquiries, complaints, and concerns in a professional manner
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or related field
- Experience in healthcare administration or management role is an asset
- Proficiency in Janeapp is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience working in a hospital or medical office setting is preferred
