POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and empathetic Clinical Administrator / Social Media Coordinator to join our team. This hybrid role is central to both client care and clinic operations, blending administrative responsibilities with creative content development. The ideal candidate has a background in social work, psychology, or related fields, and a passion for mental health advocacy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Diploma or Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Social Services, or related field. Relevant experience will also be considered.
  • Experience in administrative roles, preferably in a clinical or mental health setting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel); familiarity with Asana and Jane software is an asset.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service and client coordination abilities.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Competency in handling sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality.
  • Knowledgeable in the field of therapy, particularly in affirming 2SLGBTQ+ mental health practices.
  • Self-motivated, empathetic, and able to work independently in a remote environment.
    Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract
    Contract length: 12 months
    Pay: $20.00-$23.00 per hour
    Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries regarding therapy support.
  • Manage emails, inbound calls, and appointment scheduling.
  • Generate and manage invoices and receipts using Jane software.
  • Assist in financial processes, including payment transactions.
  • Conduct consultations to facilitate internal referrals and ensure client needs are met.
  • Develop and manage content for social media platforms, focusing on psychology and 2SLGBTQ+ affirming mental health practices.
  • Support the onboarding and offboarding processes for team members.
  • Maintain KPI reports for client inquiries and conversions
  • Collaborate with the Clinic Director, clinicians, and other admin staff to ensure seamless communication.
  • Identify inefficiencies and provide recommendations for improved processes.
