About the role | Te mahi We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to provide vital clinical and administrative support in a dynamic healthcare setting. In this role, you’ll be a trusted point of contact for both patients and staff, helping to ensure a positive and seamless experience. Your responsibilities will include greeting and assisting patients both in person and over the phone, managing appointment bookings and communications, coordinating support services such as transport and interpreters, and maintaining accurate clinical referral data. Further details | Pūroko This is a Permanent, part-time (18.5 hours) position based in Pōneke, Wellington. The salary range for this position is $63,508 to $68,185 (Top of range $73,640) pro-rata.
