• Assisting doctor in medical aesthetic treatments.
• Provide frontline customer service.
• Scheduling of appointment and patient registration.
• Booking of referral appointments.
• Handling phone calls and inquiries.
• Process medical insurance claims, tax invoices and payment collection.
• Maintaining inventory levels.
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties.
• Dispensing medication and skin care
