JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum GCE O-Level or Diploma
• Customer-oriented with good communication skills and computer literacyInterest in healthcare sector; enrolled nurses may also be considered

• Register patients and manage appointment scheduling efficiently
• Handle phone and front desk enquiries professionally
• Provide administrative support including claims and pre-procedure approvals
• Monitor clinic inventory and ensure timely stock replenishment
• Assist in general clinic operations and ad-hoc duties as assigned
