Essential job scopes include but are not limited to:

• Provide front office support for the clinic including answering phone calls, scheduling & confirming clinic appointments, greeting & registering the clinic patients.
• Provides the administrative and information management for the clinic including copying, scanning, faxing and filing documents.
• Maintains the patient’s record confidentially
• Ordering clinic & office supplies.
