Key responsibilities

  • Assist Medical Officers and the healthcare team during daily clinic operations.
  • Attend to patients professionally from registration through completion of their clinic visit.
  • Take and record vital signs accurately.
  • Assist with consultations, basic procedures, treatment preparation, and patient care.
  • Prepare and maintain consultation and treatment areas.
  • Handle medical instruments and equipment according to established procedures.
  • Support medication preparation and dispensing as directed.
  • Monitor medical supplies and assist with stock management.
  • Maintain accurate patient and clinic documentation.
  • Provide professional and friendly customer service.

Requirement

  • Basic understanding of clinical procedures is an advantage.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Patient-focused and service-oriented attitude.
  • Responsible, punctual, disciplined, and willing to learn.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a healthcare team.
