• Good English proficiency

• Handle patient registrations and respond to inquiries via chat and email.
• Accurately pack and dispense medications.
• Prepare and fulfill e-commerce orders.
• Provide patient education on proper medication use.
• Support billing processes and perform administrative follow-ups.
